gbk99 Terms & Conditions

The following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below throughout this Agreement:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the gbk99 Platform. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform in any capacity. gbk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. 21+ Only

2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is principally intended for use by residents of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or territory of residence. gbk99 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are ineligible to hold an Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of gbk99 or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) individuals who have been subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform and whose exclusion period has not yet elapsed; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete and accurate personal information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must notify gbk99 promptly of any change to your registration details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform through your Account. gbk99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Sharing. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account Balance to another individual.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. gbk99 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing a withdrawal. The KYC process may be initiated at any time at gbk99's discretion, including at the point of first withdrawal request.

4.2 Required Documents. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: (a) a government-issued photographic identity document (Indonesian National ID — KTP, or valid passport); (b) proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document; (d) proof of payment method ownership (front of bank card or e-wallet account screenshot).

4.3 Processing Time. gbk99 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission, which will reset the review clock.

4.4 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. gbk99 accepts no liability for any delay to withdrawal caused by a Player's failure to provide documentation promptly or accurately.

5.1 Accepted Methods. gbk99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfer and e-wallet channels. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are generally credited to the Player's Account in real time. gbk99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

5.4 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gbk99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds remitted in a foreign currency may be rejected or returned at the Platform's discretion.

5.5 Deposit Fees. gbk99 does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gbk99 accepts no responsibility.

5.6 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and do not derive from any illegal activity. gbk99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on their verified KYC profile. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Times. gbk99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) — 15 to 60 minutes; CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP — 30 minutes to 2 hours; e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) — instant to 30 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, national holidays, or where additional security checks are required.

6.4 Bonus Balance. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances exceeding any outstanding wagering obligations are eligible for withdrawal.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. gbk99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

6.6 Right to Review. gbk99 reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal request pending additional verification or fraud checks. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it within 24 hours.

7.1 General. gbk99 may from time to time offer Bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and birthday credits. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Players should review the bonus comparison table on the gbk99 homepage for a current summary of Wagering Requirements across active promotions.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly permits simultaneous bonus stacking, only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of one or more Bonuses.

7.4 Abuse and Fraud. gbk99 reserves the right to void any Bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has: (a) registered multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; (b) engaged in matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to systematically exploit promotional terms; (c) provided false information to qualify for a Bonus; (d) abused the referral programme by referring fictitious individuals.

7.5 Expiry. Bonuses expire on the date specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account without notice and are not redeemable.

7.6 Modification. gbk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage Players who have already met the relevant Wagering Requirements.

8.1 Acceptance. All Wagers placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by gbk99. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any Wager at its discretion, including where a price has been published in error or where the integrity of a market is in question.

8.2 Sportsbook. Football betting markets — including Asian handicap (voor bola), mix parlay (accumulator), over/under, and 1X2 — are settled in accordance with official match results at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added stoppage time, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded from standard market settlement unless explicitly included.

8.3 Togel Lottery. Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from the official outputs of the respective international lottery organisations (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). gbk99 is not responsible for errors or delays in the publication of official results.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play Wagers are subject to market suspension at any time during the event. Wagers accepted prior to a suspension are honoured subject to the event outcome. Wagers placed after a suspension is lifted are processed at the updated odds.

8.5 Errors. In the event of a technical error, manifest odds error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect price or market, gbk99 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts. No liability is accepted for losses arising from reliance on an erroneous price.

8.6 Maximum Payout. gbk99 imposes maximum single-event and single-day payout limits, which are communicated to Players on request. Winnings above the applicable maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount.

9.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account in breach of these Terms;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or exploit any vulnerability in the Platform's software, databases, or communication systems;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place Wagers, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Circumventing responsible gaming tools, including bypassing self-exclusion by registering a new Account;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the Platform without written authorisation from gbk99.

9.2 gbk99 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account suspected of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all Balances — including real-money balances — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the severity of the breach.

10.1 All content on the gbk99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, odds data, and marketing materials — is the proprietary property of gbk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from gbk99.

11.1 gbk99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 gbk99 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

11.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to the Company's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

12.1 gbk99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new Accounts will result in those Accounts being closed and any associated Balances forfeited.

12.3 gbk99 will not send promotional communications to Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

13.1 Platform Availability. gbk99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, network disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability for which gbk99 accepts no liability.

13.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbk99's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Excluded Losses. gbk99 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, winnings, or business; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; (d) damages arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms; or (e) losses attributable to third-party payment providers, network outages, or government regulatory action.

13.4 Gambling Losses. gbk99 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players using the Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and Players accept that all Wagers may be lost.

14.1 gbk99's Right to Suspend. gbk99 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account presents a risk of harm to the Player, other users, or the Platform; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it.

14.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, gbk99 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account Balance. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request or for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering obligations being settled.

14.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Players are encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance prior to requesting closure.

15.1 gbk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent Platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://gbk99.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

16.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbk99 holds its international gaming license. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and gbk99 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting the gbk99 support team. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

16.3 Language. This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
